Jake Campbell is a certified residential property inspector for the states of Idaho and Utah, having earned his credentials from the reputable Inspection Certification Associates (ICA). He brings a wealth of hands-on experience to his inspections, having worked for six years as a residential framer and fifteen years as a structural firefighter. These roles have equipped him with in-depth knowledge of building components and safety systems. Additionally, Jake has practical expertise in home remodeling, having undertaken projects both independently and for three general contractors. His proficiency extends to HVAC installations, encompassing new construction as well as replacements of outdated systems with modern equipment.
