Why would I need a Drone Roof Inspection?
At IDHIP, we prioritize comprehensive and meticulous inspections to ensure the highest quality of service. We employ state-of-the-art drone technology to inspect roofs and building exteriors that are either too elevated or unsafe for physical access. Certain roofing materials, such as metal, clay, slate, or thin concrete tiles, can be hazardous to walk on due to their fragile nature. Additionally, moisture, snow, ice, and algae growth can create slippery conditions, further increasing the risk of accidents.
Some roofs are only accessible from the second-story level, necessitating the use of a 30-foot ladder, which most inspectors do not possess. While ground-level inspections with binoculars can provide a reasonable substitute, a drone offers the capability to capture detailed photographs and videos, effectively replicating the perspective of an on-site inspection.
IDHIP utilizes a top-of-the-line drone, which is equipped with advanced photographic and videographic capabilities. We seamlessly integrate these high-resolution visuals into our web-friendly reports, ensuring our clients have access to comprehensive documentation of their property's condition.
If your property features a roof that may be unsuitable for physical inspection, please notify our office in advance. We will assign an drone operator and inspector to ensure a thorough and safe evaluation of your property.
